Wriblo is an innovative system that transforms words into unique visual symbols, helping you read faster and engage with text in a completely new way. This guide will get you reading your first Wriblo text in just 5 minutes. Let’s dive in!
Getting started with Wriblo is simple and free. Just take a minute to register for an account, and you can immediately log in to begin this new reading adventure directly in your web browser.
After logging in, you’ll land in the Wriblo Reader. This is where your text comes alive, with Wriblo symbols replacing certain words while the rest remain in their familiar text form.

To begin reading, paste a URL to import any web article, or paste text directly from your emails, documents, or any other content.

To ease you in, you’ll notice only the words “THE,” “FOR,” and “AND” appear as symbols. Everything else will look like regular text. This gentle introduction helps you build confidence as you start your visual vocabulary.
When you’re done reading, simply click the back arrow ← in the top-left corner to exit the Reader.
Ready to unlock more reading power? Click the menu icon ☰ in the top-right corner and select Dictionary. Inside the dictionary, you will find suggested words to add to your vocabulary. Here’s how it works:

To add a word, just click the + button. It will instantly move to your “Active Words” tab and start appearing as a symbol in your texts. If you don’t want to add a suggested word, you can archive it or delete it using the more options … button.
Initially, Wriblo suggests the most common words in English so you can recognize them in almost any text. As you read more, the system analyzes your texts and suggests words you encounter most often. Wriblo adapts to your reading habits!
Pro Tip: Think of it like learning a new language. Add only a few symbols at a time and master them before expanding your dictionary. Adding too many new words at once can overwhelm your visual memory and slow down your reading speed instead of enhancing it.
Want to truly master your new symbols? The secret is active practice. Head to the menu ☰ → Practice for an engaging way to memorize your symbols.

You’ll see a grid with a target word and symbol from your dictionary. Your mission is to recreate the symbol’s pattern by clicking on the cells. Each cell cycles through white → black → dotted black. Match the pattern perfectly to score points and lock in your learning.
This interactive practice helps you internalize the visual-to-word connections and experience Wriblo as both a reading and writing system.
Congratulations! You now have the power to:
