Please read these Terms of Use (“Agreement”) carefully before using Wriblo™, including the Wriblo website, web platform, application, and any services provided by Nichido Solutions Inc. (collectively, the “Wriblo Services”). By accessing or using any part of the Wriblo Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you may not use the Wriblo Services.
Wriblo is a web-based and app-based writing platform designed for personal, non-commercial use. The service allows you to create, edit, and enhance your writing through advanced text analysis tools, including word frequency analysis, readability assessments, and writing pattern insights. All content you input is processed in real-time to deliver these features but is not permanently stored or retained by Wriblo.
The core Wriblo service is and will remain free for personal, non-commercial use. We may introduce optional paid premium features in the future, but you’ll never be charged without your explicit agreement. All pricing and terms will be clearly presented before any purchase.
We give you permission to download and use Wriblo for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You can’t share, sell, or transfer this permission to others. If you break these terms, your permission to use Wriblo ends immediately and you must delete all copies.
Wriblo, including all software, designs, trademarks, patents, and content, is owned by Nichido Solutions Inc. and its licensors. All rights not expressly granted in this Agreement are reserved.

You must create an account to use Wriblo. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for all activities under your account.
Content you create, upload, or input into Wriblo is processed temporarily for the purpose of providing features such as text analysis. Nichido Solutions Inc. does not store your content permanently.
Any suggestions or feedback you provide may be used by Nichido Solutions Inc. without restriction or compensation.

You may not use Wriblo to create, store, or share content that:
Wriblo includes functionality that allows you to input a URL to import and display content from third-party websites in a reader format (the “Import Feature”). By using the Import Feature, you agree to the following terms:
You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have all necessary rights, authorizations, and permissions to access, retrieve, and display the content from any URL you submit. Nichido Solutions Inc. does not control or verify the content retrieved through the Import Feature and makes no representations regarding its legality, accuracy, or appropriateness.
The Import Feature is provided solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or otherwise use any imported content beyond what is expressly permitted by law (including copyright laws) or by the rights holder.
Wriblo processes imported content temporarily to render it in reader format for your individual use. Nichido Solutions Inc. does not permanently store, archive, or share imported content.
You agree not to use the Import Feature to retrieve or display content that:
The inclusion of any imported content in Wriblo does not constitute an endorsement or approval by Nichido Solutions Inc. of that content or its source.
Nichido Solutions Inc. reserves the right (but has no obligation) to restrict or disable the Import Feature in whole or in part, or to remove access to specific content if we believe, in our sole discretion, that it violates this Agreement, applicable law, or the rights of any third party.
Wriblo is provided “as is.”
Nichido Solutions Inc. makes no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
We do not guarantee that Wriblo will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Nichido Solutions Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of Wriblo.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nichido Solutions Inc. and its affiliates from any claims arising from your use of Wriblo or your violation of this Agreement.
Any dispute or claim relating to your use of Wriblo will be resolved by binding arbitration in Japan, except that you may bring claims in small claims court if eligible.
No class actions—you agree any dispute will be resolved only on an individual basis.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Japan.
By using Wriblo, you consent to receive communications electronically. These satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
You may not use, export, or re-export Wriblo in violation of any applicable laws, including export control laws of Japan and other countries. You warrant that you are not located in any restricted country or on any restricted list.
The Wriblo beta is only available to users aged 16 and older. By using Wriblo, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age. If you are under 16, you are not permitted to create an account or use the Wriblo Services during this beta phase.
Nichido Solutions Inc. does not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 16. If we learn that we have collected personal data from someone under 16, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.
After the experiment phase, we may allow access to younger users in compliance with applicable laws and with appropriate parental consent where required.
Parents or legal guardians who believe we may have collected personal information from their child in violation of this policy may contact us to request deletion of such information.
Nichido Solutions Inc. may revise these Terms of Use at any time by posting updated terms. Your continued use of Wriblo constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Nichido Solutions Inc. regarding Wriblo and supersedes all prior agreements or communications.
